This is my first post for Tablescape Thursday, hosted by Susan of Between Naps on the Porch. I love looking at everyone's entries for TT. You will be amazed at the beautiful and creative tablesettings all the participants come up with - check them out!!
I went with a very spring-like colored tablecloth and matching napkins and cream-colored dishes. I love the colors:

I just love looking at your tablescapes. How do you recommend getting started with buying everything and where do you learn to fold napkins in such a neat way?
ReplyDeleteOh...so pretty and elegant! Lovely!
ReplyDeleteHappy Easter!
;-D
Thank you all!!
ReplyDeleteGabe's Girl, watch for sales!! I've had my eye on the Lenox dishes for some time, and one day Macy's had an amazing sale on them - so I took quick advantage. :D Also, discount websites (Smartbargains.com, Overstock.com, etc) often have dishes at 50% - 75% off their original price. I've gotten a few deals there. Discount stores (TJMaxx, HomeGoods, Ross, etc.) often have interesting dishware, and you'd be surprised how many cute things you'll find at Target (where I found the flatware).
I'm really a novice at tablescaping, but I love dishes and have much more than one person needs! ;) I just love to change up the tablesetting sometimes, even if I'm just cooking for myself!
Thanks again for the kudos, all you talented people! :D
